Support for the Room Makeover App
For help with room photo uploads, generation quality, saved transformations or anything that is not behaving as expected, start with the support page — it covers the issues that come up most often, including results that drift away from the original room.
If that does not resolve it, get in touch through the in-app help option on iPhone, Android or the Web App. Messages sent from inside the app arrive with your account context attached, which usually means a faster answer.
What to Include
- The device and operating system you are using.
- Whether you are on the iPhone app, Android app or the Web App.
- The room type and interior style you selected.
- The prompt you used, if you wrote one.
- A description of what you expected versus what you received.
Privacy and Data Requests
To access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to ask how uploaded room photos are handled, send your request through the in-app help option and mention that it is a privacy request. Our Privacy Policy describes the rights available to you and the information we hold.
Billing and Subscriptions
Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are managed and refunded by Apple and Google under their own policies. For questions about what a plan includes, current free access or generation limits, the store listing for your platform is the authoritative source. Anything else, contact us and we will help.
Press and Partnerships
For press enquiries, brand assets, or partnership proposals involving the DecorAI AI room design app, reach out through the in-app contact option with “press” or “partnership” in your message and a short description of what you have in mind.
Reporting Content or Security Issues
If you believe content generated or shared through DecorAI infringes your rights, or you have found a security vulnerability, contact us with enough detail to reproduce or locate the issue. Security reports are treated as a priority.
