Agreement to These Terms

By downloading, accessing or using DecorAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to the DecorAI website, the iOS and Android applications, and the DecorAI Web App.

What DecorAI Provides

DecorAI is an AI room makeover app and AI room design app. You upload a room photo, choose an interior style, and the service generates visual before-and-after room concepts, furniture inspiration, colour ideas and decor directions.

DecorAI produces visual concepts intended for inspiration and early-stage planning. It does not provide exact measurements, certified plans, construction documentation, structural advice, or professional interior design services.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use DecorAI, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Please tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Room Photos You Upload

By uploading a room photo, you confirm that:

• You own the photo or have permission to use it.
• The image does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• The image does not contain unlawful, harmful or explicit content.
• You have any necessary consent from other people who appear in the image.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant DecorAI a limited licence to process, store and display those images solely to operate the service and deliver the room transformations you request. How images are handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Generated Room Designs

Subject to these terms and any applicable subscription, you may use the room makeovers you generate for personal and internal business purposes, including planning, sharing with a designer, and social posting.

AI-generated imagery may resemble output produced for other users, and the legal status of AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction. We make no representation that generated designs are eligible for copyright protection or are free from similarity to other output.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or explicit content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code.
• Use automated systems to access the service beyond permitted rate limits, or to scrape output at scale.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute access to DecorAI without written permission.
• Present generated concepts as measured plans, surveys or professional design documentation.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.

Subscriptions, Billing and Free Access

DecorAI may offer free access, trial periods, limited free generations and paid subscriptions. Free options, trial availability, generation limits and premium features may vary by platform and current offer, so the App Store, Google Play or Web App listing is always the authoritative source for what applies today.

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are handled under the policies of the platform where the purchase was made.

Intellectual Property

DecorAI, its name, logo, interface, software and content are owned by DecorAI and protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

Third-Party Services

DecorAI relies on third-party infrastructure including cloud hosting, AI processing and app distribution platforms. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or the content they provide.

Disclaimers

DecorAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that generated room designs will be accurate, that room geometry, proportions or materials will be faithfully preserved, that a suggested item will physically fit your space, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecorAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or purchases made in reliance on a generated design. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Professional Advice

DecorAI helps users create AI-generated room makeover ideas and visual room-design concepts. Results should be used as inspiration and early-stage planning support. For structural renovation, exact measurements, technical drawings, electrical work, plumbing, permits, construction, or complex interior projects, users should consult qualified professionals.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if use creates risk or legal exposure, or if the service is discontinued. You may stop using DecorAI and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the service or these terms. When changes are material, we will update the revision date above and provide notice in the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at DecorAI's place of establishment, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence are not affected.
